INLINE systems
A high throughput of parts to be consistently provided on an industrial scale cannot be achieved profitably via a one-chamber system.
VTD thus offers multi-chamber inline systems that can be used above all for decorative coating applications.
The individual process steps are performed in purpose-designed modules (chambers). The parts are transferred between the modules via an integrated transport system. The cycle times of the individual work chambers are harmonised.
The benefit of these inline systems is their ability to be integrated into automated process lines.
They thus allow a closed, automated cycle from part manufacture through to packaging to be implemented including ultrasonic cleaning and coating.
