Small and laboratory plants

VTD is developing high-vacuum systems for laboratory operation, research and training as well as for small-batch production.

They can be used for optics (precision optics), plasma treatment, surface activation and heat treatment applications.

The vacuum equipment of each individual coating system is precisely customised to the requirements of the respective user. Various options are available for coating the substrates to be processed.

The chamber sizes vary between 300 and 500 mm.

The high vacuum is generated using pump combinations based for the most part on turbo-molecular pumps tried and tested in industrial contexts.
